How We Care is a new form of collective caring, which has brought forth more than 300 actions for rooms, restaurants, pools and properties that offer an even personalized and secure vacation experience.
A new Medical Advisory Board, composed of a team of public health and safety experts, and in cooperation with our Sustainability Office, will contribute its experience and specialized knowledge to face the new tourism challenges in health security.
We have developed measures to take care of employees and guarantee the customer experience, implementing new procedures in restaurants, at check-ins, among others.
The objective is to make guests feel more secure than ever, so concerns can be put aside and will thus, feel comfortable to enjoy themselves.
