- Add the pastry cream, lemon juice and blend

- Store in the freezer, mixing it every hour


Crepes Instructions

- Gather spelt flour, salt, three eggs and milk

- Mix all the ingredients with a dipstick until it takes on a creamy mixture

- Let the mixture settle for one hour

- Add a drop of oil to the crepe and flip the crepes over and over

- Place a ball of mango ice cream on the crepe

Marshmallow Tini Cocktail

1.5 oz vodka

.7 oz marshmallow syrup*

1 oz lemon juice

Shake well

Toasted marshmallow to decorate


*To prepare the marshmallow syrup: Heat 8 oz of water
